There are two ways to view submitted progress updates: the activity sidebar per work order and the tab called "Activity updates".

View submitted progress updates per work order

To view progress updates belonging to a specific work order, first go to the work order list. In the work order list, find the specific work order you are looking for, and press the sidebar icon to open the sidebar. This will prompt the sidebar as shown in the screenshot below. This sidebar contains several tabs, the default tab is the tab called "Activities" which is a list of all the activity updates for that work order.

These updates are mainly added using the mobile app, but you can also add activity updates directly in the sidebar by pressing the green plus button. In addition, you can edit an existing update by pressing the three-dotted icon on the top right corner of the card. When editing, you can change the information contained in the update, as well as adding documents.

View submitted progress updates for the entire project

To view all progress updates in a project, go to the tab called "Updates". Here, all updates from all the different work orders within the project are displayed. So in other words, it functions like an activity feed for the project where you will see what is happening in real time.
