<aside> 📙 Once you are ready to begin the tender process, you can invite multiple shipyards to take part in it. For each of them, you can create a specific page on Maindeck to handle the information received by them.

To add a shipyard, first navigate to the specific project you are working to, then select the page "Yards". This is the page where shipyard candidates (yards that are participating in the tender process) are added. On the screenshot to the right, showing the left-side navigation panel, there are already two yards added, namely IMC-YY and Remontowa.

On the page "Yard", as shown on the screenshot below, you will see a list of yard candidates already added to the project, as well as a button to add new yard candidates.

When pressing the button "Add yard candidate", you will get a drop down menu with a search field allowing you to find the shipyard candidate in question. If the project is not yet in the stage "Yard selection" then you are also given the option to change this when adding the new candidate.

After adding a new yard, it will take a few seconds for the navigation to be updated with the new, additional page for the new candidate. However, you can add the yard’s quotation directly on the comparison page. Just give it a few seconds to update.
