Provide activity updates

Users you have assigned work orders to, and who have downloaded and installed the app, can now provide progress updates to those work orders for which you have given them access. In the video to the right, we shown you how to add an activity update.

Each activity update contains several types of information:

It's important to note that the last provided progress is the one that counts. So if someone provides an update on a work order saying it's 60% completed, and someone else provides a new update the next minute saying it's 50% completed, then the work order will show as 50% completed after the second update.

You can also cancel work orders via the mobile app. To cancel a work order, click on the status tag and then on the new screen select Cancelled from the status drop down menu.

The app has an offline mode. This means that updates "submitted" while offline are stored on the device until a connection is detected. Once the connection is detected the updates are uploaded and will become visible.
